Eligibility for Returns
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 7 days of delivery with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, used bedding, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the product, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Replacement or Exchange
If you received a defective or wrong item, we arrange a free replacement or exchange.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our error.
